The New Leaf Story

 

A destination location like no other! Located in the heart of Lawrenceville, Illinois, New Leaf offers a high level of service and amenities to the local community and surrounding areas.

The New Leaf building had it’s beginnings as a 1930’s car dealership, housing the service department on the second floor. Taken by the solid warmth of the building, Jan Loeb (Owner of New Leaf), along side accomplished builder, Mike Preston, achieved the building's renewed vibrancy.

Since opening in January 2015, New Leaf Fitness and Spa is now 300 fitness members strong, and has evolved into a social fitness center, offering high-quality equipment, personal training, innovative fitness classes including yoga and spin, as well as steam rooms and saunas in both locker rooms.

Across the building from the fitness center is The Mandarin Spa, a peaceful, yet alluring retreat for mind, body and soul. Our experienced staff specializes in therapeutic massage, aromatherapy, biomat therapy and complete spa packages. Blended with our Himalayan Salt Room, the Mandarin experience is a uniquely crafted spa.

Also in the New Leaf building is COCO’s Cafe and Wine Bar, where you can dine on exquisite meals and hand-crafted cocktails, all while enjoying our weekly live music.
